On Location (Outdoors): $375

Grads, it's now your time! Here we have listed our rates for the main schools we service but if you don't see your school, don't worry! We service any school asked of us, just be sure to ask for further details on your specific school and we can tailor a quote specifically for you! Grad sessions get a special deal of an extra 30min and outfit free, on top of our normal 1hr, 2 outfit rate! All session details and terms still apply as well. Also, Grads don't worry! As long as you book before your graduation day & is not the day before, YOU WILL HAVE PHOTOS TO POST ON YOUR GRADUATION DAY! We got you covered here!

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY


We thank you for considering us for your special day! Our wedding photography rate begins at $3500 for a full days worth of coverage. (8-10hrs, Travel fees excluded.). Engagement sessions are also already included in the pricing as well. In order to secure your slot a $500 nonrefundable retainer will be due up front to secure your slot for your day with us and once paid we will set a date, time, & location for your engagement session. (All shoot details still apply. Travel fees if need be, payment methods, etc.) The beauty of working with us is, as a thank you from Jeremy Coleman Photography to our Newlywed couples that we spend our day with, you get a complimentary 24x36 framed portrait of your choice delivered as a special gift as well! A highlight album of the most special and key moments can also be added on as well priced at an extra $500. A contract will also be provided upon quote acceptance before payment is made as well.


Events

Event photography is priced as follows, $300 for the first hour, then $200/hr after the first hr. Photos to be captured will be details of decorations if booked to come before start of event, key moments, & portraits at the designated photo station most events typically have setup. Event photography also has a similar turnaround time to our portrait sessions! It all is dependent on what the workload is prior to the event happening but turnaround will be in a similar 5-10 business day turnaround period so be sure to book accordingly! We will make sure to send a few previews that can be used for early posting as well! Events also require a non refundable $100 deposit to go towards the quoted remaining balance. Events quoted higher than $800 require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure date & time slot.

terms & conditions

Rescheduling, Cancellation, & Tardiness Policies

  • Rescheduling can be done at no charge (On location) when given notice within 24-48hrs! We do our very best to be understanding and accommodating to every situation as we understand life happens sometimes, so just let us know beforehand and we will move accordingly!
  • Tardiness is subject to a $50 late fee when clients show up 20 minutes late for their sessions without notice. If a client is late and no other bookings are followed by their scheduled slot, a slot extension fee will be charged based on how long they would like to extend the session. If the slot extension does not want to be paid, then booked clients will proceed with the remaining time left in their session slot.
  • Session booked in studio will require a new session fee to be paid ($50 or $75) depending on how long your session slot has been booked for. This is not our policy, but it is a policy of the studio we use as our main indoor location. Certain rescheduling reasons will be evaluated by the owner of the space so please be sure to give your reason for rescheduling so it can be determined if the fee will have to be paid as this is on a case-by-case basis.
  • In the event of shoot cancellation, clients forfeit all prior funds sent before cancellation. This includes the nonrefundable deposit that is required to be paid up front to secure your session slot. If remainder payments are sent well in advance in regard to the actual shoot date, this policy applies to that payment as well to further clarify on how it is all affected. Clients can reschedule at no charge as we allow deposits to be transferable for a new date, once. Studio fee rescheduling policy still applies.

FAQ's

How long is your turnaround time?

5-7 days! We make sure our clients get photos back in a timely manner for all needs. Birthday shoots should be booked 1-2 weeks in advance as well to ensure edits are not rushed. For photos requested to be sent before the standard turnaround time, a $100 rush fee will be applied to the remaining shoot balance to receive in 2-3 days, instead of the normal 5-7.

Grads: "Will I receive photos back by graduation day?"

OF COURSE ! We always want to make sure our amazing grads have their photos back in time to show off the big achievement.

When is my deposit due?

Deposits are always due at the time of reaching out via our form submission ! We cannot secure a slot on our calendar with no payment made to set the session in stone.

Edit Disclaimer

There is no guarantee that Jeremy Coleman Photography will recreate a style of photos verbatim to what is shown during the consultation process. We have a certain, signature aesthetic of ours that we give our clients in which is stuck to for consistency purposes. In order to gain better clarity on what can be achieved and what not, the client must make sure to communicate their wants as far as a particular editing style at the time of booking. Special edits can be requested for graphic design (outsourcing fees do apply via our many graphic designers.) Where to which, we will be able to achieve something similar, but not exactly as to what is shown as we have our own style.

Copyright Agreement

All intellectual property and related material (the "Intellectual Property") that is developed or produced by Jeremy Coleman Photography, will be the property of Jeremy Coleman Photography. The Client is granted a non-exclusive limited-use license of this Intellectual Property. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Intellectual Property remain exclusively with Jeremy Coleman Photography until print release payment has been made. In addition, all photos delivered from the photographer to client, are not be edited over by the client or another graphic designer unless given permission by Jeremy Coleman or done by Jeremy himself. We also do not send out unedited photos to clients unless retouches are purchased before time of shooting, no exceptions. Violation of this agreement will result in inability to retain our services for the future.
